ROTALIGN® ULTRA, water­, shock­ and dustproof, is the ultimate laser alignment system. For shaft alignment, just enter machine dimensions, rotate shafts less than a quarter turn from any starting position and view results for coupling and feet. The full-color transflective screen and backlit keyboard are ideal for any working conditions, indoors or out. Soft foot measurement, diagnosis and correction. Thermal growth and target specification calculation. Live evaluation of the alignment condition to standard, vector, or user-specified tolerances is standard. The ULTRA features machine train alignment of up to 14 machines complete with specified tolerances, targets, machine names and machine-specific icons for each machine. System can be configured to multiple users¹ individual preference configurations. Its 5-axis 2-plane sensor simultaneously measures offset, angularity and rotation, vertically and horizontally, and monitors machine moves in both planes under any working conditions.

The ULTRA offers USB and Bluetooth® technology for PC communication, for printer connection interface for text or graph reports in full color and for onsite user upgrading via memory stick.
